By accessing and using AutoMarkaz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. AutoMarkaz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

AutoMarkaz is an online vehicle marketplace that connects buyers and sellers in Afghanistan. We provide a platform for users to list vehicles for sale, search for vehicles, and communicate with potential buyers or sellers. AutoMarkaz does not participate in transactions between users and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of vehicles listed.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Listing Guidelines

When listing a vehicle on AutoMarkaz, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle
• Only list vehicles you have the legal right to sell
• Include clear and genuine photographs of the actual vehicle
• Not list stolen vehicles or vehicles with undisclosed liens
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Remove listings once a vehicle has been sold

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Using the Platform for illegal purposes
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
• Scraping or collecting user data without permission
• Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform

6. Fees and Payments

Basic listing services may be free, while premium features such as featured listings or dealer subscriptions may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AutoMarkaz, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of AutoMarkaz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant AutoMarkaz a license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoMarkaz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• The accuracy of listings or user-provided information
• The quality, safety, or legality of vehicles listed
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Any losses resulting from transactions conducted through the Platform
• Service interruptions or technical issues

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, but these Terms shall survive as applicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Afghanistan.
